Answering phone call and handling the customer complaints Receiving the customers’ orders and respond to customer's emails, calls, chats, viber etc. Handling many inbound and outbound calls from customers Identify and escalate the issues to relevant supervisors Building the lasting relationships with clients and team members
Handling the complete recruitment life cycle, i.e., right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, coordination of interviews, salary negotiation, reference check, offer process and final joining. Manage all aspects of the partnership loyalty program, including program design, implementation, and ongoing optimization to maximize customer retention and lifetime value. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to drive program enrollment, engagement, and sales. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and use insights to optimize program strategies and tactics for maximum impact. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, sales, customer experiences, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of partnership loyalty program initiatives with overall business objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth. Manage the partnership loyalty program budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering measurable ROI on marketing spend.
Job Summary Responsible for managing activities that are part of the delivery of good and services, to specified levels of time, budget and quality. Direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, planning, unroll, performance improvement and operations strategy.
