The main duties and responsibilities of an Accounting Manager include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle
• Responsible for monthly account closing (AP, FA, GL) to align with the accounting standards
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and internal controls

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar role
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred)
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
