Responsible for accurate month end closing procedures with supporting schedules
Checking double entry cash, shop cash, kbzpay and bank book in accounting software
Prepare journal entries as accrual, prepaid, depreciation and other requirement
Review Data entry from account payable & receivable team and posted
Checking payments and acknowledgement on it
Operation expenses of each shop and analysis for comparison
Responsible for maintain fixed asset register and fixed asset process with Admin Department
To Monitor Budgetary with Actual and analysis
Collection Form-31 from suppliers and update in system
Cash flow planning
Prepare required Policy or procedure
Intercompany Balance receivable/payment reconciliation
Support internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested
Summit the advance CT return, Annual CT and IT Return to the tax office in time
Printing & Filing Journal entries and maintain journal lists
Involve in ground stock taking process
Ensure the correct timing accounting entries provide to seniors
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Managers

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of related working experience
Age under 35 years
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any degree (B. Com/ ACCA or equivalent)
Proficient in handling full set of accounts and able to use accounting software (Eg. Odoo)
Must have good advanced excel
Able to lead a team of accounting staffs
