Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Taking in charge of applying and extending Government License
• Updating/completing and filing Company License Record Chart including communicating with government department, advance request and payment settlement
• Visa application/stay permit for expatriates and In/Out transaction arrangement for them
• Travel arrangement for company employees including booking ticket/hotel, picking up the guests at airport
• According to defined event chart, event/activities planning, coordinating, budget calculation, advance request and payment settlement
• Taking in charge of event related stock items (i.e Sound System, sport day activities items and party items)
• Taking in charge of hand tools/power tools/machine list by updating/checking/ordering/repairing job scope
• Act as contact person for showrooms while keeping records of showroom fixed assets list, receiving and settling request forms from showrooms
• Perform data entry and come out with reports for administrative works
• Prepare and maintain documents filing system including correspondence , reports , drafts , memos and emails
• Maintain office supplies for departments
• Partner with HR Department to arrange employees’ request, meeting, training and seminars
• Other jobs assigned by Supervisor and Manager

• Bachelor Degree
• At least one year experience in Administrative field
• Proficient in MS Word , MS Excel and email
• Teamwork skills , interpersonal skill, communication skill ,negotiation skill.
