- Perform maintenance and minor repairs to community building and facilities including mechanical systems. HVAC systems and generators.- Assist with administrative duties related to building maintenance such as preparing operating budgets, building maintenance records and computer systems- Ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and check the safety and protection of buildings.- Coordinate licensed inspections as required and order replacement equipment and supplies
