We are currently looking for Admin Assistant Position with one of the agriculture products manufacturing and trading companies in Yangon, Myanmar.

 

Responsibilities

  • Arrange the Transport related matters (ferry, travels, flight tickets, etc)
  • Assist in Office / Factory/ Warehouse/ Car rental process
  • Overall handling stamp duty process of rental contracts
  • Prepare/ Keep required administrative documents
  • Purchasing and inventory control of office supplies and stationery
  • Engage third party service providers with regards to the necessities
  • Facilitate the repair & maintenance of Office Furniture & IT Equipment
  • Engage IT suppliers for purchase and maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory of Fixed Asset (IT & Admin asset) count
  • Assist in Ad-hoc project & events assigned whenever necessary

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Admin function
  • Can communicate reasonably well in English
  • Good team player
  • Good written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented, organized in work and able to meet timeline
  • Proactive and independent

Working time - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Working days - Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays

Work locations- Bahan Office and Thilawa Local Industrial Zone (Alternate Days)
