  •  Arranging the necessary things for visitors to visit the colleage.
  • Daily mails, messages, screening/receiving telephone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate person.
  • Visit the colleage daily as assigned.
  • Management of Fixed Assets and Stationary in the office.
  • Bus ticket for colleage teachers/staff and arrangements for accommodation etc..
  • Other duties assigned by the Center Manager
