Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office vehicle repair and maintenance activities, including scheduling, service records, and related documentation.
  • Handle annual vehicle license renewal, insurance matters, claims, and related reporting/document control.
  • Manage and coordinate office ferry routes and transportation services to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor and arrange office maintenance activities, including air-conditioning repair, servicing, and annual maintenance plans.
  • Manage office building insurance renewal and extension processes.
  • Process and coordinate assigned payments, invoices, bills, and claim settlements related to Admin Department activities.
  • Support and coordinate the preparation and arrangement of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the Admin Department Annual Budget.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate degree holder.
  • Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Admin Executive role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in office vehicle repair, maintenance, licensing, insurance, and claim processes.
  • Good knowledge of office facility maintenance, air-conditioning systems, and building-related services.
  • Ability to manage office ferry routes and transportation arrangements effectively.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
