Job Summary

Administrative Manager ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner. Ensuring attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs. Developing and enforcing budgets, delegating tasks and tracking progress on projects, and planning and organizing a calendar of events. Admin Manager train, and evaluate administrative team members, develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures, and generally ensuring the office operate smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description

  • Supervising, monitoring and supporting the day-to-day operations timely of the administrative department and other functions.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Developing, reviewing, and monitoring administrative systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Planning the inspection and maintenance schedule plan for motor vehicles (Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly).
  • Planning Vehicle Insurance & License renewal Plan
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, even planning etc.)
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relavent experienced with FMCG industry preferred.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and legal policies.
  • Timely reporting by monthly, quarterly and yearly (Measurement for Effectiveness-productivity- metrics)
