Key Responsibilities● Manage and oversee the company's daily administrative operations.● Purchase office supplies, maintain inventory records,and prepare monthly stock reports.● Arrange and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment and facilites.● Maintain and organize company documents and contracts in a systematic manner.● Arrange and coordinate meetings.● Support the implementation of company policies and ensure compliance.● Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.

● Age between 20 and 35 years.● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.● At least 1 years of experience in an administrative role.● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.● Good communication , coordination and problem-solving skills.● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail● Honest , responsible and highly accountable.● Candidates with experience in the printing industry will be given perference.
