  • Reception duties (responding to patient inquiries and appointments by phone or email, guiding patients, distributing and collecting medical questionnaires, handing over medicine, etc.)
  • Reception administration (registering electronic medical records, recording patient logs, maintaining appointment schedules, printing and sending medical check-up reports, etc.)
  • Payment duties (preparing invoices for patients, handling patient payments, etc.)
  • Accounting administration (scanning and filing invoices and receipts, updating the Cash Book, handling bank transactions, managing cash, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Young to mid-level candidate (around early 30s or younger)
  • Gender does not matter
  • Able to communicate in Myanmar language plus English or Japanese
  • Preferably able to communicate smoothly in either English or Japanese (approximately JLPT N2 level)
  • At least 2 years of administrative work experience
