3. Reporting & Documentation
Consolidate weekly and monthly reports from all branches.
Prepare management summaries and business performance updates.
Maintain organized filing systems and operational records.
Assist in preparing annual plans, budgets, and operational documents.
4. Communication & Liaison
Act as a communication bridge between the Manager and departments/branches.
Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders when required.
Support internal communication and company announcements.
5. Operational Support
Assist in monitoring branch operations and problem-solving.
Support project implementation and company initiatives.
Conduct branch visits when necessary.
