Job Summary

The Administrator will handle daily office administration and play a key role in supporting HR, recruitment, and training activities. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow with a dynamic international company.


Key Responsibilities
    •    Manage daily office administration, documentation, and reporting.
    •    Support HR processes including staff records, attendance, and leave tracking.
    •    Assist in recruitment: candidate database management, interview scheduling, and communication with applicants.
    •    Coordinate and support training programs, including logistics, materials, and record-keeping.
    •    Communicate with Singapore HQ and partner agencies in a professional manner.
    •    Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred).
    •    Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or training administration.
    •    Strong communication skills in English and Myanmar (both written & spoken).
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    •    Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
    •    Candidates available immediately will be given priority.
