Job Description

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor contract compliance and ensure all contractual obligations are met
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and claims
  • Support tender and bidding processes, including documentation and evaluation
  • Maintain contract records and prepare regular reports for management

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Burmese; with relevant experience in contract management or commercial roles preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and contract management software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
