Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist and  arrange for all vehicles, drivers and other operational tasks

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Prepare and monitor Quotations, invoices

  • Manage insurance renewals, claims, and related documentation.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling

  • Coordinate hotel accommodation and travel arrangements for staff, including booking air tickets

  • Arrange for the Lunch Menu for the staff

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience required.

  • Can be use Office Application -Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of interpersonal communication.

  • Friendly, polite, and works well with others.

  • (Location priority - Thingankyun,Tharkayta, South Dagon and South Okkalar)
