Position Objective:

Analyst, Infrastructure and EUS is responsible for the daily operations of all technology which includes user support/help desk, application support and business related applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technology support for front end application user support and end user device support by using strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.

• Provide best-in-class customer service to meet the desktop technology needs of end-users Work to proactively understand end-user computing and desktop technology needs.

• Support User Acceptance Testing

• Provide quick response and utilize problem solving skills to resolve escalated requests from the Service Desk regarding Endpoint issues/needs via telephone, email and desk-side support.

• Be a team player to share knowledge and help develop staff competencies.

Qualification

• Degree in information technology, engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 1- 2 years of relevant working experience

• Good experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Mobile Device End user support

• Ability to multitask and work on tight schedules

c. Knowledge

▪ Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.

▪ Proficient in spoken Chinese (Mandarin).
