Job Description

  • Supervise and mentoring day to day operational functions for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and staff claims to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company's policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory and tax requirements
  • Develop, implement and continuous improvement in Account Receivables/Account Payables policies and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate and work closely with other departments to ensure proper approvals and maintaining relationship with external parties i.e. suppliers, customers, banks, auditors
  • Manage, mentor and lead staff members of your team
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field from an accredited university.
  • 5 years’ Experience in the same position with minimum 2 years direct supervisory experience of employees.
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of accounting/ finance operations effectively
  • Expertise in General Ledger functions and SAP/ ERP software, sound understanding of financial statements (BS, P&L, SCF)
