  • Possesses specialist knowledge of operating system, devices, application and software
  • Manages application and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Assists with system integrations
  • Maintains and updates technical and business requirement documents and procedures
  • Identifies and resolves technical and business process
  • Provides technical support to teams within the organization and to external clients when required
  • Manages coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Delivers regular and customized training to teams within the business
  • Develops reports for team across the business
  • Do ad-hoc any job related assignments when required.
