Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Resolving urgent and immediate Tier 3 application problems/requests by various users in a vibrant and demanding environment in corporate with Technical Support Technicians
- Implementing/Migrating Application Projects and preparing procedural documentation/manuals
- Parallel/Regression testing of Applications/Patches and feedback to the Development Team
- Provide effective UAT to the end users for the applications with supportive manuals/guides

Job Requirements

- A degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent.
- Above 1 year experience in related field
- Basic knowledge about Database Servers and SQL Language
- Basic programming knowledge on any languages
- Willing to learn & support Applications like ERP, Accounting, Retail Management
- Team working, time management, communication and problem solving skills
