Responsibilities

• Transform creative ideas into functional design concept based on given briefs and ensure that it is in line with clients’ objectives
• To produce conceptual creative interior design, space planning, construction drawing & documentation
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
• Work with HOD and design team in supporting design implementation
• Provide space planning and design conceptualization
• Prepare layout plans, perspective drawings, elevation plans and dimensional drawings
• Prepare design documentations and material selections
• Work closely with project team, suppliers, sub-contractors and clients during construction/ implementation phase

Job Requirements

• B.Arch. or Any degree or diploma holder in architecture, interior design studies or equivalent
• At least (4) years of experience in interior design and decoration
• Good in design conceptualization & presentation skill, ability to market designs to client
• Excellent time management skill & able to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skill, analytical & interpersonal skill
• Strong understanding of building materials and construction method
• Able to work under pressure & team environment
• Proficient in Auto CAD  2D/3D rendering, 3D Studio max + Vary Rendering/ Google Sketchup + Vary Rendering), Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator
