  • Develop and prepare architectural designs based on project requirements.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings and design documents.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and parties to support project progress.
  • Monitor design and project activities to ensure they follow the required standards and timelines.
  • Provide support during project implementation, including site visits when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in a similar design or architectural role
  • Highly proficient in 2D and 3D design software — Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, or comparable tools
  • Skilled in preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation
  • Professional & Interpersonal Attributes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities — able to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on schedule
  • A collaborative, reliable team player
  • Willing and able to travel for site visits and on-site inspections as required
