Job Description

  • Architectural Building Thinking, Concept, and Creation
  • Able to handle space management, Colour Management, and necessary considerations
  • Able to do exterior architecture and interior projects from schematic design to construction drawings
  • Review and analyse the architectural plans and design
  • Work with Clients, Consultants, and the site team
  • Prefer to prepare for building permit application
  • To do regular site visits to check on progress and solve problems that arise during construction
  • Able to handle other related specific tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
  • Have a professional knowledge of architectural materials and construction methods
  • Good skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office 
  • Self-Starter
  • Excellent interpersonal, Communication, and conceptual Skills
  • Highly motivated and inspired
  • Can work under pressure and is good at time management
  • Must have "Positive" and "Can Do" attitude
