Job Description

  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  •  Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
  •  Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
  •  Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  •  Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  •  Experience in distributor and territory management.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  •  Willing to travel within assigned areas
