  1. Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  2.  Identifying new customers.
  3. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  4.  Creating promotions with advertising managers.
  5. Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.   
  6. Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
  7. Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  8. Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  9. Building brand awareness and positioning.
  10. Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
  11. Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  12. Communicating the marketing plan.
  13. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  14. Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
  15. Evaluating competitors.
  16. Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate,  Advance Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing management and at least 2 years experience in managerial role.
  3. Service Orientation interpersonal at innovative skills
  4. Excellent leadership, Strong communication, Motivation, problem solving, decision making, planning, organizing skills & teamwork 
  5. Proficiency in Computer skills (Word, excel, power point, etc.)
  6. Proficient in English (speaking, listening and writing)
  7. Must be able to travel short period for business needs.
