Job SummarySupport daily branch operations and drive service quality for Welink in Mawlamyine. This role helps coordinate teams, improve customer experience, and ensure smooth execution of sales, service, and administrative activities in a fast-paced internet services environment.Key Responsibilities● Assist in managing branch operations, staff coordination, and daily workflow to meet service goals.● Support sales and customer service activities to ensure a positive experience and timely issue resolution.● Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and follow up on targets, tasks, and operational needs.● Help maintain service standards, company policies, and efficient communication across departments.● Coordinate schedules, resources, and routine administration to keep branch activities running smoothly.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field.● Experience in branch operations, sales support, customer service, or team coordination is preferred.● Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.● Ability to manage multiple priorities, support a team, and work effectively under pressure.● Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting; internet service industry experience is an advantage.
