• Actively contributing to the development Carlsberg Excellence capabilities within the Supply Chain organization
• Builds people capability throughout the organisation fully utilising the community to gather momentum and grows individuals
• Actively supports implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence through implementation of integrated tactical implementation plans
• Actively supports implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and the relevant Advanced Carlsberg Excellence Processes and Standards against strategy and targets
• Responsible for training and ensuring problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day performance gaps and issues bringing a Zero Loss mindset
• Responsible for facilitating Carlsberg Excellence best practice sharing externally and internally
• Supports and in some specific cases owns the delivery of business objectives using the Focused Improvement cycles
• Leads the development of the implementation approach through sponsors and stakeholders’ agreement
• Ensures sufficient internal resource is allocated to key initiatives
• Ensure Carlsberg Excellence targets are implicitly understood and managed efficiently at an appropriate level
• Ensures compliance to Group Carlsberg Excellence standards
• Facilitates workshops, activities and trainings for delivered budgeted target results as required
• Develops the understanding of Carlsberg Excellence across all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Manangement or Operation Management  and necessary experience as relative position in Supply Chain
• 2 years’ experiences at middle management level in relevant role.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suit.
• Proven experiences in managing change, and implement improvement programs
• Fluent in English
