fully responsible for M&E technician group to execute tasks of the technician group such as guarantee and maintenance of all technical equipment of the hatchery site: Incubators, AHU, water pumps+ tanks, generators, ATS, VCB, wells,), wastewater treatment tank,
-    Responsible for operations of all machines, equipment, systems, working tools in Hatchery, including detecting mistakes, repairing and coming up with preventive solutions.
-    Inspect planning and maintenance of all of machines and equipment in the Farm.
-    Responsible for all installations: mechanic, electric, water, equipment.
-    Daily/weekly and monthly reporting of all equipment.
-    Responsible for solving technical problems, report and propose solutions for line manager if cannot handle these problems.
-    Analysis, summary and propose solution to improve quality of hatching, maximizing the productivity of machinery and equipment.
-    Design follow up and update all technical procedures.
-    Firefighting training and fire drills 
-    Train a local team of technicians to develop an independent local technician team.
-    Estimating buildings and utilities quality of the hatchery and communicating with constructor(s) under instruction of manager and the company to maintain these buildings. Estimating risk of defect(s) of all systems, fire etc.... and having action plan(s).

Report To Head of Engineering

 fully responsible for M&E technician group to execute tasks of the technician group such as guarantee and maintenance of all technical equipment of the farm site: water pumps, generator(s), ATS, fans, lamps, drinking water system, water supply system, ventilation system, cooling pad system, wells, truck(s), incinerator running, check properly and change the chemical at the waste water treatment tank, mice and insect trapping plan(s), utilities cleaning plan(s). Estimating buildings and utilities quality of the farm and communicating with constructor(s) under instruction of production manager and the company to maintain these buildings. Estimating risk of defect(s) of all systems, fire etc.... and having action plan(s).Supervising night shift of technicians and security group for check during the night. Making daily, weekly, and monthly plans for technicians and guards to check the farm. Report to production manager when requested. Training staff(s) for running feeding, drinking, ventilating, cooling, and lighting systems.Checking warehouse and company assets: feed, material, technical tools, and equipment. Firefighting training and fire drills .Responsible for daily operations of all machines, equipment, systems, Working tools in PS Farm, including detection of mistakes, repair and propose preventive solutions. Support technical/production team with repairing works.Being responsible for emergencies out of working time .Setting up a technical reporting system .Train a local team of technicians to develop an independent local technician team.
