  • Monitor the sale data and stock condition
  • Develop Product merchandising strategies (5Rs) to increase sales and attract customers
  • Analysis the report of (sale, stock, reject, complain and exchange) data
  • Manage the sale and customer service
  • Monitoring the stock level and maintain the stock limit
  • Train the customer service, product knowledge, sale strategies and product merchandising to all related members
  • Collaborate with the related team to reach the excellent level of shop operation
  • Ensure that the right time deliver the stock to all shop
  • Plan the project of department and the instruction of marketing director

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent design skills and strong eye for detail.
  • Strong Comunication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail sales and marketing principle.
  • Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
