An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Assist with financial analysis to help identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
  2. Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Provide valuable insights into the organization's financial health.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  5. Conduct internal or external audits to verify the accuracy and compliance of financial records.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  7. Record financial transactions, verify the accuracy of invoices and receipts, and reconcile bank statements.
  8. Handle tasks related to managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  9. Involve processing vendor invoices, preparing payment requests, and following up on outstanding payments from customers.
  10. Assist with general accounting duties as needed.
  11. Include tasks such as maintaining the chart of accounts, record journal entries, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  12. Take physical stock monthly, yearly.
  13. Check cash denomination (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basic).
  14. Maintain multicurrency cash transactions.

Job Requirements

  1. Accounting or Business-related degree or related experience required.
  2. Must be highly detail oriented and organized.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
  4. Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office application; especially Excel.
  5. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance creativity, problem solving, and results.
