Chief People Officer (CPO) is to oversee all aspects of an organization's human resources and talent management strategy. The role of a CPO is multifaceted and encompasses various responsibilities aimed at ensuring the organization has the right talent, culture, and structures in place to achieve its strategic objectives. Our CPO will need to always strive to make the organization the best place to work for all the team members till the last mile. CPO will report directly to the CEO.
