1. Assisting to CMM for Reviewing and follow up written off and the above 1 dpd delinquent client in each region wise of Hana company.2. Assisting to CMM for managing and maintaining the up to date data, repayment records and logbook to know the status of all client data in Hana.3. Assisting to CMM for creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of delinquency/default client.4. Assisting to CMM for implementing collection policies and procedures based on the delinquency management policy.5. Assisting to CMM for developing effective repayment plans.6. Assisting to CMM for training and mentoring of collection officers in the collections department by coordination with training department or Consulting Outsourcing company,7. Assisting to CMM for preparing the overdue client list and setting the targets for each collection officer.8. Assisting to CMM for checking the performance of each Collection officer and reporting to Chief Risk Officer in time to time.9. Assisting to CMM for performing the spot check of each collection officer’s daily field activities.10. Assisting to CMM for negotiating with the respective RMs for assigned tasks of collection officer and sharing the detailed field activities plan (Weekly, Bi Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)11. Assisting to CMM for maintaining customer payment records (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and reporting to Chief Risk officer.12. Assisting to CMM for preparing customer list with the repayment history for credit department of Hana MFI.13. Assisting to CMM for preparing the final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made by getting guideline from Legal Manager according to Collection officer’s report.14. Assisting to CMM for preparing the required document for legal action when customers fail to pay their debt by getting guideline from Legal Manager according to Collection Officer’s report.15. Responding to customer or collection officer or Regional Risk Officer queries.16. Reporting to CMM and Chief Risk Officer immediately if any fraud case was found.17. Completing other control activities as assigned by CMM in accordance with work plan18. On behalf of CMM, visiting all region and state if necessary19. Undertake any assigned tasks from Chief Risk Officer

Job Requirements
1. Any graduate. Preferably with accounting, business management, or a similar field.2. 2 years’ experience as a Senior collections officer in financial industry.3. The ability to work accurately and independently.4. Good verbal and written communication skills.5. Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.6. Excellent negotiation skills.7. Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.8. Strong time and people management skills.9. Sound knowledge on Microsoft, excel, internet and email10. Familiarity with debt collection process.11. Patience and resilience.12. Ability to travel and work to strict deadlines.13. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends.
