Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple coffee shop locations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Monitor and manager invemtory levels, order supplies , and ensure timely delivery and proper storage.
  • Recruit , Train, and supervise staff members. Foster a positiove work environment, motivate staff, and service standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer services at all locations. Handle customer inquires, complaints and feedback promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standars for food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene, conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure complaince with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee finance aspects of operations, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility . Coordinate promotional events and special offers to attract and retain customer.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and ensure that all products and services meet the company's quality standards and cost objectives.
  • Manage all ascepts of coffee export activities, including coordinating with internationalparters, handling export documentation, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with coffee buyer and export agents.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, sales metrics, and staff performance to senior management. Provide recommendation for improvements and Strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business administration or Hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in food and beverage management, with focus on coffee shops or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellence communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to managemultiple locations and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage services.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, and Microsoft office suite.
