Position Overview

Marga Global Telecom is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of B2B Sales to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales division. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership experience, a proven sales track record in telecom or related industries, and the presence to represent our brand with professionalism. You will be responsible for developing and executing B2B sales strategies, building and mentoring a sales team, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across SME clients in Yangon and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies focused on SME internet packages (50–300 Mbps).
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team (including Key Account Managers and Senior Sales Executives).
  • Oversee customer acquisition targets:
     • 420+ links/year for 50 Mbps packages
     • 80+ links/year for 100–300 Mbps packages
  • Drive client pipeline across office buildings, residential areas, and commercial properties.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with agents and authorized property managers.
  • Plan and supervise B2B marketing events, digital campaigns, and brand awareness efforts.
  • Ensure alignment of sales efforts with operational and financial goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in the telecom, ISP, or tech sectors.
  • Experience working with or leading agent networks is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management
  • Able to work independently and handle strategic planning
