Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Lead, Coordinate and communicate with clients and proceed end to end visa process.
  2. Oversee end-to-end visa applications, document collection, verifying documentation and entering data accurately and filing to embassy/consulate coordination and submission tracking.
  3. Monitor application status, proactively address issues, and maintain clear client communication throughout the process. 
  4. Response to customer 's inquiries by online / offline (necessary), always follow up for potential Visa clients.
  5. Analysis Market Trend and make research about competitor's Visa selling methods and price.
  6. Collect and check update data information (related embassy information) by weekly (by making phone calls, from websites and visit by self if required) 
  7. Check in SOP, rules& regulation about Visa Department. 
  8. Mentor and pay guidance to junior visa staff or team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and service excellence.
  9. Perform to achieve team target and coaching team member’s achievement.
  10. Resolve about Visa Issues by self, report to MD timely (if required) and strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly. 
  11. Corporate with other teams (Tour, Ticketing and BD) 
  12. Ability to work with minimal supervision and willing to accept new responsibilities

Job Requirements

  1. Any Gradurate.
  2. Minimun 2+ Years experience in same industry as a management role.
  3. Able to work under pressure.
  4. Must have multitasking skills.
  5. English conversational.
  6. Good at team work and leadership skills.
