Job Summary
Join a professional team in Yangon to support safe, efficient, and reliable workplace operations. This role manages facilities, maintenance, vendors, and compliance to help keep day-to-day business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
● Monitor building operations, utilities, and maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient performance.
● Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external service providers.
● Support troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and general facilities systems.
● Track service requests, inspections, and maintenance records accurately and follow up on actions.
● Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across workplace facilities.
● Liaise with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to manage work quality, timelines, and costs.
● Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and the workplace experience.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or technical operations.
● Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, preventive maintenance, and safety practices.
● Proven ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
● Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
● Strong communication skills in English; Burmese language skills are an advantage.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard reporting or maintenance tracking tools.
