Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
  • Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently according to the production schedule.
  • Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP).
  • Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor raw material usage, production output, and minimize production waste.
  • Identify production issues and report them to the Production Manager with recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Reports directly to the Production Manager  &  Factory Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or production operations.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Standards is an advantage.
  • Good leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in Day and Night Shift rotation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
