Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budgetary performance and variances, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Support cost control and expense management initiatives
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients
  • Assist in maintaining the organization’s financial systems, policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance to the finance and accounting team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Provide insights on financial performance, trends, and potential opportunities or risks to senior management
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the allocation of funds for operational needs
  • Assist in cash forecasting and planning to ensure financial stability
  • Take responsible for quarterly, annual return of commercial tax and income tax and reports required by regulatory authorities
  • Liaise with tax officer
  • Perform other ad-hoc finance matters when assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Strong ethical values and integrity in financial practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry financial practices and regulations is advantageous.
