Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations for management review.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budgetary performance and variances, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed
Support cost control and expense management initiatives
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients
Assist in maintaining the organization’s financial systems, policies and procedures
Provide guidance to the finance and accounting team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
Provide insights on financial performance, trends, and potential opportunities or risks to senior management
Monitor cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the allocation of funds for operational needs
Assist in cash forecasting and planning to ensure financial stability
Take responsible for quarterly, annual return of commercial tax and income tax and reports required by regulatory authorities
Liaise with tax officer
Perform other ad-hoc finance matters when assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with financial software and systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy in work.
Strong ethical values and integrity in financial practices.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare industry financial practices and regulations is advantageous.
