This role is essential in supporting the Deputy Head to ensure the smooth and efficient onboarding of customers through Branch / BU / Functions networks, fostering strong relationships with branch operations, and enhancing the customer onboarding process.

Branch Network Support:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with branch operation teams and branch managers to ensure efficient coordination and support.
  • Support the Deputy Head in being the primary liaison between the onboarding department and branch locations, addressing operational issues swiftly.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to streamline and improve the customer onboarding process.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the onboarding process.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that branch employees are informed and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the onboarding process.
  • Assist in monitoring and mitigating risks associated with the onboarding process.

Resource Allocation and Budget Management:

  • Support budget management for the Distribution & Branch Network Engagement team, aiming for cost-effective operations.
  • Help in allocating resources effectively to meet departmental goals and optimize branch network performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with teams to gather data related to customer onboarding, branch interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the generation of reports and insights for upper management to support strategic decision-making. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the branch network to improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest innovative solutions to improve branch network engagement and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.:

  • At least 7 years of experience in branch network management, distribution, or customer service operations, preferably within the financial services, banking, or fintech industries.
  • Experience in managing branch operations, familiarity with customer onboarding processes with a track record of successful team leadership and project coordination.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and compliance standards applicable to the banking and fintech sectors.
