Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for end-to-end process of HR system updated such as new joining, probation completion, contract renewal, promotion, transfer, job separation and so on.
  • Plan and administer for the staff’s updated records to support effective performance of Human Resources functions such as attendance, leave and late of employee information and various formats reporting for the assign Business Units.
  • Provide full range of professional HR services including but not limited to employment administration, performance management and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Coordinate recruitment process such as screening, making interview appointment, follow up with potential candidates and hiring departments.
  • Collaborate with HR PIC for monthly HR Manpower report and provide guidance dealing with related Township Labor Office.
  • Make sure employees of Business Units know all the rules and policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Implement employee SSB in accordance with the timeline to ensure compliance.
  • Organize HR projects, Training, and Events as required.
  • Propose and lead HR projects/programs including promotion, staff reward and recognition, employee assistance program, and deliver briefing/training sessions for major programs independently.
  • Liaison and collaborate between Group HR personnels and Business Units HR to implement the performance management process.
  • Preparing presentation slides and documentation for sharing including setting KPIs and performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and provide coaching to managers.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary and monitor progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task, good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
