Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Executing and monitoring talent and succession planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute employee recognition programs
  • Checking Salary Calculation, Income tax calculation, SSB and Government offices relations such as Labor Office, Tax Office and SSB Office
  • Process HR data ,payroll entries and reports in a timely manner and in compliance with established practices; maintain up-to-date documentation related personnel records
  • Regular meet with employees for progress reviews and assessment, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.                        
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees. Continually educate employees on company policies  
  • Oversea and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.                                                   
  • Employee Handbook Review, Edit, and update
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff.
  • Overview of Daily Operations
  • Liaison with Management and QMS Team for the implementation of forms, systems, and procedures to carry out responsibilities and accomplish goals

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree & HRM, HRD or MBA is preferred.
  • Age above 35 years 
  • At least 10 years experiences in HR Manager field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command in English and Burmese, both verbal and written
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Able to handle conflicts and self-motivated in difficult situations
  • Time Management Skills
  • Negotiation and Influencing Skills
  • Willing to Learn, Apply and Share
