Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Governance, risk and compliance reporting to MCCL Management, Region and Group office
  • Work with Management Team to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies/ solutions; Develop Standard Operating Procedures, Desk Procedures, Flow charts and perform necessary trainings/ alignment to implement.
  • Coordinate review of the Annual Risk Assessment process
  • Lead identification and effective management of fraud risks
  • Coordinate review and monitoring of Carlsberg Control Framework over Financial Reporting
  • Support and Co‐ordinate Group Internal Audits. Monitor and support actions to close audit findings
  • Perform specific process reviews based on risk assessment and establish/ execute local audit activities calendar

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work in Finance, Risk Management or Audit fields
  • English speaking, reading and writing.
  • Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIA) highly preferred or studying towards
  • Good technical knowledge of Accounting and IFRS accounting standards
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (specially Microsoft Navision) is preferred
  • Previous experience of FMCG/Manufacturing/MNC setup is preferred but not mandatory
