Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Arrange and manage mobile phone orders (including Apple and other brands) & Home Appliances.
  • Plan and coordinate mobile product promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Calculate holding stock, sales amounts, and inventory performance.
  • Conduct regular market surveys to monitor competitors' products, pricing, and trends.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers regarding rental displays, promotional support, and commercial terms.
  • Manage purchasing activities, including Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Invoices, Goods Receipts, and system transactions.
  • Create new product codes (SKU) and vendor accounts in the ERP system.
  • Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and outstanding items.
  • Monitor damaged stock, shortages, and outstanding balances with suppliers.
  • Prepare merchandising, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Marketing to ensure product availability and timely launches.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Merchandising Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of merchandising or purchasing experience, preferably in the electronics retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and merchandising operations.
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good communication of English and Myanmar.
