The role holder is responsible for the smooth Planning and execution of special projects for KBZPayMarket. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring planned projects are align with internal and external stakeholders as well as the policies.

• Ideate, plan, and execute high value projects as out of business as usual initiatives
• Thought leadership on structured initiative charters and follow through the initiative from end to end.
• Work closely with Head of Planning and Special Projects to execute, track performance, evaluate and reiterate the high value initiatives
• Performs all the assigned tasks relating to project planning and execution.
• Work closely with cross functional teams for monthly system enhancements
• Local, regional, and global market research and data analytics
• Financial modelling and budgeting for project initiatives
• Demonstrates ability to operate in a team environment with high results orientation and display effective interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years related experience required
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals
• Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills to customer engagement
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination
• Deep understanding of ecommerce customer needs, Seller success activities
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
• Fluent English language
