Lead the sales team to ensure achievement of the sales targets set by the company.
Work closely with the Department Head to develop and implement necessary strategies and action plans in order to expand market share.
Allocate tasks and supervise the team to effectively meet sales targets.
Handle customer complaints, needs, and wants in a responsible and timely manner whenever required.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to assist in departmental management activities, including reporting, meetings, and performance monitoring.

Job Requirements
Must be a university degree holder.
Age must be between 25 and 40 years.
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Sales & Marketing field.
Must be able to develop effective Sales Target Planning & Reporting.
Must be well experienced in Upper Myanmar region and capable of creating efficient Routing Plans.
Must be able to travel.
