Job Description

  • Excellent and Creative Organizational Planning & Organizing,Information, Monitoring, Meeting Participation ,Training,Interpersonal,Analytical,Managing Work-Reporting.
  • Understand customer and consumer portfolio of key channel so as to recommend relevant business strategies for the achievement of their business plan.
  • Manage customer expectations from planning through execution to deliver profitable sales.
  • Effectively communicate with different parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet targets on customer acquisition and product sales on monthly basis.
  • Work with company management and external parties to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Must be prepare for the yearly sales forecasting plan and advertising plan (All Brands)
  • Must have the good creative idea for sales strategies (Sales Policy and Pricing Policy etc..)
  • To have Credit Limit setup and Credit Terms Management Cash Flow Management also.
  • Can do that monitoring sales volume and cash collection.
  • Can be made the sales data formatting for sales admin and can do PLC Analyze.
  • Consistently monitors and evaluates sales performance.
  • Understanding of Company's Product and Market.
  • Co-operation, collaboration with Sales Distribution team & Paradise team.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or bachelor degree.
  • Must have Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.(MBA is more preferable)
  • Age 30 Above.
  • Minimum (5) years experience in Sales & Marketing field (Tyre Distribution is more preferable).
  • Must have distribution channel experience at least (3)years in automotive background.
  • Can be used effectively the office application such as word, excel, powerpoint, PageMaker,.Etc.
  • Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill, reporting skill, cooperative, motivated, fast learner.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Team Player with proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Perfect in Computer skill/English Speaking Skill.
  • Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Management.
  • Taking 100% Responsibility and accountability.
  • Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure
