- Lead and oversee combined sales, marketing, and commercial operations for Mandalay- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, brand visibility, and customer acquisition- Manage end-to-end digital and offline marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and ROI metrics- Oversee daily sales operations, pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and channel execution- Build and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams; establish KPIs and targets- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations departments- Foster strategic partnerships, key stakeholder relationships, and government liaison- Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and report to senior management and Board
