An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The duties & responsibilities of Assistant Vice President for Digi Tech under Digital Banking Department as follows:
•    Develops, innovates and manages Digital/ Mobile Banking products/services technologies
•    Works closely with Digital Banking Business unit, bank’s Technology Team & 3rd party vendors/ service providers for finalizing product/ services requirements, API Development/ integration/ testing/ go live
•    Work closely with Bank’s Core Banking team as well as 3rd party service providers for required integrations, testing to ensuring error free digital transactions
•    Programming skills to develop & automate inhouse process workflows for Digital Banking Services
•    Full exposure on working with open-source middleware/ API gateway setup/ customization & integration
•    Manage Mobile Money/ Wallet Applications/ web portals
•    Work closely with bank’s technology team to ensure application security/ network security/ performance etc
•    Ensure technical testing/ bug fixing of the solutions from 3rd party vendors
•    Handhold operations/business team on technical discussions
•    Ensure high system availability and provide support for all applications
•    Project Management – Work closely with internal teams e.g. IT, Risk Management, users, back office support, other business sectors etc and external parties e.g. vendors, service providers, branches, business partners etc to ensure that the project timeline schedule is met
•    Digital Process Automation – Ensure the availability of latest technology to develop competitive and innovative digital product/process automation on a timely basis
•    Training – To provide training and briefing on technical functionalities and support and back-office operations to ensure excellent digital banking experience

Job Requirements

•    At least 5 years demonstrated experience in programming/ technology in defining and launching products related to digital banking/ Mobile Wallets/ API Integrations/ Process automation
•    Hands on Programming skills to develop & automate inhouse process workflows for Digital Banking Services
•    Detail understanding on Banking products & services including Core Banking & peripheral System
•    Experience in defining UI/UX/ Web portals, creating workflows
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Subject matter expertise in a particular product or market. This should include mobile financial services or digital banking
•    Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
