Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in evaluating requirements for developing a new hospital and its clinical services.
  • Collect and analyze clinical and operational data to support planning decisions.
  • Assist the hospital development committee in all the development phases throughout the project.
  • Document clinical workflows, SOPs, and process maps under guidance from senior staff.
  • Support in standardizing procedures in alignment with quality standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose minor workflow adjustments.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs.
  • Assist in preparing status reports and presentations for management.
  • Assist in operational readiness planning for new units or services.
  • Support dry-runs, mock drills, and commissioning tasks during service launch.
  • Monitor early-stage performance and gather feedback.
  • Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners as required.
  • Support meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain all project documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure workflows align with accreditation standards (JCI/AACI).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in healthcare operations and/or service planning
  • Prior experience in hospital administration, clinical management, or healthcare operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards in Myanmar.
