Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

•    Conduct medical and non-medical equipment needs assessments and consumable requirements for new clinical services.
•    Analyze demand, capacity, patient volumes, and resource utilization to recommend service improvements.
•    Assist leadership in creating multi-year clinical service development roadmaps.
•    Lead clinical workflow studies, time-motion analysis, and bottleneck identification.
•    Design processes to improve patient flow, staff efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
•    Align workflows with JCI/AACI standards, infection control policies, and patient safety requirements.
•    Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project.
•    Track progress, timelines, risks, and resource needs.
•    Support commissioning and operational readiness.
•    Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant clinical and operational data.
•    Identify KPI and operational benchmarks for new clinical services.
•    Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and presentations to guide decision-making.
•    Lead discussions with the hospital development committee.
•    Facilitate user group meetings to gather clinical requirements and feedback.
•    Coordinate with external partners such as vendors, service providers, and consultants.
•    Develop and standardize clinical workflows and SOPs in collaboration with hospital development committee.
•    Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
•    Assist in regulatory and licensing documentation for new services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Management is preferred.
  • 3–5 years' experience in healthcare service planning, hospital operations, quality, or clinical operations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, standards, and accreditation processes in Myanmar.
