ROLE PURPOSE

   The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of routine RIA, Foreign Remittance (Inwards and Outwards) transactions and Western Union (Inbound and Outbound) 

   transactions and settling for bank customers on a day-to- day operation.

  • Check KYC and AML for every transaction
  • Do daily all transactions in the system and link
  • Draw daily all reports
  • Ready to service the email, the from customer and branches
  • Understand the accounting vouchers for payment the Foreign remittance (Inwards and Outwards) transactions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for remittance by manually and systematically
  • Check the required documents to make the Foreign remittance (Inwards and Outwards)
  • Resolve the customers' complains
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly payments to the CBM report
  • Perform additional assignments as requested

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year prior experience in corporate banking sector
  • International banking knowledge
  • International Remittance
  • A high-energy, self-motivated individual, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Skillful banking program
  • Excellent in Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint
